SUSPENSION
LOWERING SERVICE
Lowering suspension inevitably results in a performance compromise. Reducing travel limits the ability of the suspension to absorb bumps and reduces ground clearance. However, for some riders lowering the suspension is a worthwhile compromise. The confidence gained from reaching the ground outweighs the drawbacks.
Lowering services are available for KTM / Husqvarna / GasGas Motorcycles from 125cc-501cc (models within the last 10 years). NOT available for WP PRO Components. All Kreft Moto performance modifications can be installed in lowered suspension, including Revalve Control.
Lowering Spec: 1” (25mm) or 2” (50mm).
NOTE: prices are in addition to ReValve Control, revalves, and services.
xplor 48 / open cartridge - $100 USD
Machine custom lowering spacers.
Custom fork springs required ($180 USD).
aer 48 / xact 48 - $300 USD
NEW Machined air-side cartridge rod, shortened to align the OEM air spring piston and bleed groove.
Includes new AER48/XACT48 air piston and seal.
Restoring to OEM travel requires replacing the original cartridge rod.
shocks (all models) - $100 USD
Machine a custom spacer, taking in to consideration the rear suspension leverage ratio.
We perform all machining at Kreft headquarters, where we have a full machine shop.
